As an adjunct to his series on "Facing Common Temptations," pastor Mike Fritscher continues a three-part series on how to escape the Enemy's snare, no matter what the temptation. In studying the children of Israel, we see a people who because of fear and unbelief, refused to follow after God! And the reason why we fail - why we fall to common temptations - is because we likewise choose not to follow after the spirit of God! Yet Galatians 5 says, "walk by the spirit, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh!"

Only in walking by the spirit will you be able to overcome temptation!
