Praying Like Jesus, Pt 7

What does it mean to be "sent?" Jesus prays in John 17, that "as You've sent me into the world, so I send them into the world." Being sent is not just for the missionary or the preacher, but for every one of us! We are sent to the workplace, into our schools, into the culture, to have impact! But being sent is not just about a location, we are sent to people - people who are afflicted, broken-hearted, and who are captive!

Not only are we called to the ends of the earth, but we are sent to the afflicted, wherever they may be!
