You ever notice how each year seems to speed by quicker than the year before? The Psalmist in Psalm 90 asks three requests of God, the first of which is this: that He would "teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of wisdom." Certainly the elderly among us can testify to how quickly the decades have passed. Scripture also agrees, calling our lives but “a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.” In today's study, Pastor Mike Fritscher examines this fleeting nature of time, and shows how we can make the most of it! Why does the Psalmist say "teach us to number our days?" Because life is short, it's brief... Numbering your days will motivate you to make the most of your life! |
